New Doctor in the House

And the new Doctor Who is Peter Capaldi. I am pleased. He's a good actor and I think he'll bring a new approach to the show.

Very interesting choice. Excited to see what they do with an 'old' Doctor.

He's the same age, 55, as Hartnell was when 'Doctor Who' started.

Of course, Hartnell was in a wig and played the Doctor as a bit older than that.

More cerebral, more action for the companions, I guess.

I could be surprised - Capaldi could be spry for his age, for all I know.

Yep, it's not like 55 is that old. It's not like Matt Smith really did a lot of action hero stuff either.
