The Thing at the Bookstore

Bought this at Barnes & Noble today. There is, of course, no fiction inside that I didn't already own, but it was such a nifty little hardback that I had to have it. The preface by Guillermo Del Toro was very good though, and there's an introduction by S.T. Joshi.

I just don't have the space to indulge myself like that anymore. That's one great cover.

It really is, Wasp.

Hmm. Thanks to Amazon suggesting more, I see that this is one of 6 books Del Toro is selecting and writing intros for.

e.g.;

Unlike the Lovecraft volume, this also has a Kindle version. (which, if you already have the tales and you're not buying a nice physical copy, would only be worth getting your hands on the intro)

I think the Del Toro intro is for the series, and thus is the same for all six books. The Joshi intro is a bit more specific.
